This issue is just your basic fan zine focusing on the lyrics of Tomata Du Plenty from The Screamers. I wanted to present it as a poetry mega-zine. It has a few images of his paintings, fan club memorabilia, and a direct scan of a newsprint centerfold from New York Rocker Magazine.

The first issue is about the summer of 2018.The summer was spent with friends running around LA, painting, playing dice at del taco, shooting guns in the desert, blowing stuff up, Mulholland drive, the rattlesnake king, RIP Nevin, arcades, building out the store and a bunch of other nonsense. This will never be printed again because it is going to live in a foggy memory where it probably deserves to stay. This issue is as chaotic as it felt in real life.

A zine about Los Angeles. People come here and see the big stuff but when you look closely you start to notice all of the signs bleached by the sun. The vinyl shrinking and peeling away. How odd it is that a gardener comes and shapes the trees like animals after all this time. The stone veneers on apartment buildings in all shapes and sizes. Things that are spelled wrong or upside down. That every church has a different cross on it. Did they get one of a kind? Who made it and where did they get it? It’s all in a zine now if you were curious.
